Who are we? We are Events2be: an event agency. We are located at Fonteinkruid 6C, 3931 WX in Woudenberg, the Netherlands. We are registered in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 30210011.

Which personal data do we process? Why? And for how long? Below is an overview of which personal data we process for which purposes. Personal data may not be retained longer than necessary. The retention period depends on the purpose for which we obtained or collected the data and on any legal obligations to retain data. The retention period is specified for each purpose.

Our Newsletter: Clients are subscribed to our digital newsletter, which we send on an irregular basis. For this, we use your first name, last name, and email address. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe in any email. Our Mobile Event Website: For some events, we create a mobile event website. We create this using Momice. CLICK here for Momice’s privacy policy. We retain this data for up to five weeks after the event, after which all data is deleted.

Personal Data: Your personal data are processed by us for the purpose of entering into and performing agreements for our services and managing the resulting relationships. For processing data submitted via contact forms or contact/quote requests by phone or email, we use Excel. When you share your data with us through the above channels, you give us permission to contact you or send you targeted information. The data we process include: name, company name, company address, telephone number, gender, email, identification details (if travel is involved), dietary requirements, bank details (if required for payment or security). If these personal data are not provided to us, we cannot contact you. We retain these data for a maximum of five (5) years, unless otherwise legally required.

Photo and Video Material: Our staff, (professional) photographers, and videographers sometimes create visual material. This material may be used for printed and digital communications from Events2be.

Job Applications: By submitting a job application, you agree that your personal data will be processed by Events2be. These data will be treated confidentially and used solely for the recruitment process. We will not share any information with third parties unless required to do so by law. We retain the data for the duration of the recruitment and selection process. After the recruitment and selection process has ended, the data will be retained for four (4) weeks in accordance with the recruitment code, after which they will be deleted. Unless we have explicitly requested your consent to retain your data for a longer period in view of future employment opportunities, we will retain your data for a maximum of one (1) year.

Freelancer: By submitting a freelance application, you agree that your personal data will be processed by Events2be. These data will be treated confidentially and used solely for the application procedure. We will not share any information with third parties unless required to do so by law. We retain the data relating to a potential freelance collaboration for a maximum of one (1) year.

Cookies: Cookies are small text files that are sent to and stored on your computer when you visit a website. These cookies may be placed by Events2be or by other parties we work with (only with our permission). Events2be uses cookies to recognize you on your next visit.
