




Making visitors feel immediately that they are being approached personally and that their needs are central. The stand should exude warmth, attention and customisation so that every visitor experiences TD SYNNEX's ‘personal touch’ from the first moment.
After the success of the stand in 2024, Events2be was again asked to help design the stand for 2025. The theme “Making IT Personal” was central and required an experience in which visitors would directly experience the personal touch.
To achieve this, we created a warm and inviting atmosphere: a living room and kitchen where visitors immediately felt at home. Staff stood in the kitchen and operated the coffee machine themselves, while at the dining room table and on the sofa there was room for personal conversations, while enjoying snacks.
For an interactive experience, people could also play a personalised padel game, continuing the theme of customisation and experience. Even though the standing tables could not be completely avoided, this set-up optimised the atmosphere and the stand attracted many customers, bringing the theme of Making IT Personal to life in a direct and tangible way.
The client was very satisfied with the final result. Thanks to the stand's inviting and interactive design, it attracted many visitors, valuable conversations were held and the theme ‘Making IT Personal’ came to life perfectly. In short: the mission of the exhibition stand was completely successful.
